Enterprise Center- HBC has broken ground on a $1.7 million addition and renovation to The Enterprise Center in Winston-Salem, NC. Construction consists of adding 15,000 sf of office space and is the final phase of renovation. HBC completed the previous phase in 2012. The new project is converting an old swimming pool/locker room space to new office space. We will be adding a large parking lot, new sewer service, a future commercial kitchen, entrance/lobby and all new finishes to the existing space. We look forward to another fine project.
