Holden Building just finished the Rowan 911 Call Center in Salisbury, NC.  This project was a high profile project for Rowan County that integrated the latest equipment used in the industry.  The call center is a new 8,000 square foot building that will house both Rowan County and the City of Salisbury 911 Call Centers.  Holden Building Company worked hard along side of the designers and owners to bring this project within budget – even with the extensive earthwork known, but not quantified, necessary to repair the substandard site.
