Holden Building Company, Inc. recently completed the 10,500 s.f. shell construction, and vanilla box upfit of a four-unit, multi tenant retail center in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at 825 Market Place Drive. Tenants to include: Super Cut’s, Horry Co. Telephone, Tropical Smoothie Café and Jersey Mike’s Subs.
