A new 9,000 square foot building to consolidate Rowan County and City of Salisbury 911 Communications. The building consisted of concrete slab on grade, masonry, steel, millwork, finishes, lockers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Holden Building Co. was also responsible for all site work including grading, concrete paving, asphalt paving, site lighting and landscaping.
