Timothy Hight, Project Manager & Vice President

Tim began his construction career in 1986 as a carpenter’s helper with Landmark Builders of Winston-Salem. Within a year, he was promoted to Superintendent and then Project Manager where he worked on renovation and new building projects. In 1988, Tim became Division Manager of Landmark’s Upfit Division, where he was responsible for management of personnel, estimating, sales and project management. Tim joined A. Watts, Inc. in 1992 and was responsible for organizing and managing the interior renovations and upfits. In 1995, he began working with larger multi-million dollar projects requiring the management of all phases of the construction process. Tim was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 1997 and to Vice President in 2000. He managed the Greensboro office and was responsible for the operations, sales, marketing and production of the Upfit and Renovation Division of the company. In 2000, Tim started Crest Construction Services, Inc. and grew the company to over 35 employees and more than $15 million in annual revenues. When Crest Construction closed in 2012, Tim joined Holden Building Company, Inc. as a Project Manager.

With more than 30 years of construction experience, Tim has been an integral part of growing Holden Building Company, Inc. into the successful company it is today. His professional and honest attitude, high regard to safety and quality and positive owner relationships have been invaluable to our team. In the past five years, Tim has completed more than 80 projects for companies that include Thomas Built Bus, Tanger, IHOP and Somerset. Some of his most recent and notable ventures have been with Phoenix Academy, Navica and Livingstone College’s School of Culinary Arts. Many of these projects have been “Fast Track” projects. In today’s business environment, it is necessary to find innovative ways to expedite projects to assist our clients with schedule challenges. Tim has a comprehensive knowledge and is very skilled in this particular area. Tim’s interests outside of the work zone are motorsports, car shows, volunteer work and spending time with his wife and family.
