Dan Holden, Project Manager & Vice President

Dan received a BS degree from the University of Maryland at College Park. After graduating and working in the Washington DC area, he relocated to Charlotte, NC where he started out in sales for residential builders before moving into the commercial building industry in 2001 as an Assistant Project Manager with American Eastern Builders. In 2002, Dan joined Morlando-Holden Construction as a laborer and worked his way up to a Superintendent’s position. By 2004, Dan had moved from the field and began his work as a Project Manager.

Dan has appreciated his time working through the ranks and credits a lot of his knowledge to the superintendents he has worked with through the years. In 2009, Dan joined Holden Building Company, Inc. and helped the company expand into the Charlotte/Mecklenburg market. Since that time, he has successfully completed a multitude of projects and has helped build valuable relationships with owners and architects. When Dan isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, swimming and watching Maryland athletics.
