Holden Building Co. has recently begun another outstanding restaurant construction project in the Capital City. Located on the first floor in the six floor Stanhope, a NC State student housing building at 3001 Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, NC, HBC is up-fitting a brand new International House of Pancakes (IHOP). The new restaurant will be 3,890 square feet in size. The superintendent on the job will be Jack Golden, and Tim Hight will serve as the project manager.
