Holden Building Co. is currently renovating an approximately 9,300 square foot space for the Greensboro law firm, Higgins Benjamin. The firm is relocating from their offices on W. Friendly Ave. to their new home on the 8^th floor at 301 N. Elm St., and will be strategically located across the street from the new Tanger Performing Arts Center.  The project was designed by Phillips Architecture of Raleigh.
