Under the leadership of Dan Holden, Holden Building Co.’s Charlotte branch will soon begin work on the SOUTHWEST COMMUNITY PARK at the Southview Recreation Center located at 1720 Vilma St. in Charlotte.  The work will include building two (2) championship baseball fields, dugouts, shelters, storage facilities, fencing, restrooms, irrigation systems and extensive landscaping.  The park is located near Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Additionally, HBC is building the PRO AQUATICS MSA POOL for the Mecklenburg Swim Association.  This facility will be a brick veneer pre-engineered building to house a competitive training 25 meter size pool.  Work includes grading, utilities, concrete, asphalt, landscaping, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.  This project will be located in Marvin which is in Union County.  The pool is for MSA members and will be for lessons, age school competitive, team and master programs.
