HBC just finished Elite Performance; a tri-athlete’s training facility. We converted an old medical office space to a training/retail space for avid runners, swimmers and bikers. The project is located in Greensboro on Green Valley Road and the renovation consisted of new bathrooms, upfitted retail area and new finishes throughout the 5,500 sf space.
