Timeframe: 8 months
Description: New outdoor pool with pump room, office and locker room buildings. Work consisted of Grading of site, building foundations, building slab on grade, masonry walls, stone veneer, exposed wood timber roof deck construction, adhered roofing membrane, fiberglass doors were exposed to chemicals, lockers, toilet partitions, complete pool construction, 20’ high slide, fencing, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.

Description: New classroom, apparatus bay, offices and driving course construction. Work consisted of grading 3 acres with retention pond & retaining wall, concrete paving, new 4,000 square foot building with masonry walls with decorative metal panels, aluminum storefronts, flooring, ceilings, monitored plumbing system to report water flow, mechanical systems and monitored electrical systems to track electrical intake.

Work consists of all site work, concrete foundations, poured in place walls, slab on grade with slab on grade concrete work, masonry walls, metal stud walls, brick veneer, metal panel siding, conventional steel built apparatus bay, pre-engineered metal building living quarters, millwork, tiered flooring for training room, fixed seating, flooring, ceilings, overhead doors, folding doors, sprinkler system, mechanical system with radiant heat in the apparatus bay, and electrical system including data.

New work consisted of all new built up roofing & associated insulation tapered for proper drainage, new gutters, downspouts, floors, ceilings, paint, HVAC boilers, HVAC grillers, electrical fixtures, new generator, and new propane gas service.
