New work consisted of all new built up roofing & associated insulation tapered for proper drainage, new gutters, downspouts, floors, ceilings, paint, HVAC boilers, HVAC grilles, electrical fixtures, new generator, new propane gas service.

Project Title: Providence Country Club Renovation

  • Description: Selective demo of existing bar area, formal dining area and informal dining area. Removed walls, flooring, existing bar, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. New work consisted of building of new walls, wine wall to display bottles, new bar, all new flooring, all new paint & wall coverings, plumbing and electrical.

Project Title: Bell Equipment Office Upfit

  • Description: Selective demo of existing flooring, cabinets, walls, built in millwork and ceilings. New work consisted of additional walls, new doors, new flooring, new paint, new ceilings, sprinkler head re-location, plumbing and electrical.

Project Title: Charlotte Christian Pool Grounds Upfit

  • Description: Selective demo included exterior fence, exterior siding where needed, removed popcorn ceilings, removed electrical fixtures. New work consisted of additional fencing around pool and equipment, sealing/patching of existing parking area to make more useable, siding repairs where wood was rotten, new decking where rotten, painting of pool clubhouse exterior & interior and electrical upgrades.
