The North Carolina Dept. of Transportation awarded Holden Building Company the 1.4 million contract to build an equipment shop in Dobson, NC.  Work began this summer.  The new equipment shop building consists of grading of site work, asphalt paving, footings, slab on grade, split faced masonry and structural steel for mezzanine inside of the building.  The shell of the building is a masonry veneer/metal siding.  Interior work includes new offices, apparatus bays with lifts, wash bay all large enough to house DOT trucks.  All plumbing, mechanical and electrical is included in our scope of work.
