Holden Building Co. is very pleased to announce that they have just broken ground on a new building for Navica – Systems Engineering, Inc. SEIsystems.com , a Greensboro based company that is a multiple listing service provider for the real estate industry. HBC will build a 12,000-square-foot, $1.7 million office building office on Pegg Road near Piedmont Triad Parkway. The office building will be situated on 4 acres on a tract adjacent to where Navica currently leases office space. HBC Vice President, Tim Hight, will serve as the project manager, and Jack Golden as the Superintendent.
